MP implementa sistema alertas para reducir moras judiciales

SANTO DOMINGO.- El Ministerio Público estableció un sistema de alertas con el objetivo de reducir la mora administrativa en los procesos judiciales, informó este martes la procuradora general, Yeni Berenice Reynoso.
“Hemos establecido un sistema de casos que genera alerta, con plazos administrativos. La mora judicial no solo debemos medirla en el Poder Judicial y tendrá su sistema de consecuencias”, dijo durante su discurso de rendición de cuentas.
La mora administrativa en casos judiciales ocurre cuando se superan los plazos legales establecidos para emitir fallos, afectando la celeridad procesal.
El Poder Judicial implementa planes para reducir este retraso, con metas de «mora cero» y un 82% de tribunales operando al día, enfocándose en la digitalización y el cumplimiento de plazos.
El plan 2024-2026 busca que no haya casos con más de seis meses de antigüedad, tras una reducción histórica de expedientes en sala, informan en el sitio web del Poder Judicial.
MODELO UNICO DE ACTAS PROCESADAS INICIA EN ABRIL
Reynoso dijo también que el Ministerio Público pondrá en marcha, a partir del 1 de abril, el Modelo único de actas procesales.
Explicó que esta iniciativa busca estandarizar la calidad de los documentos procesales en todas las dependencias del órgano persecutor.
“El acta que usamos en la PEPCA y la que usamos en Junumucú Adentro tiene que ser de la misma calidad, porque no existen dos tipos de personas”, declaró.
El objetivo principal del modelo, dijo, es garantizar igualdad en el acceso a la justicia, sin importar la ubicación o el contexto de los casos.
La procuradora también destacó la importancia de implementar modelos de calidad para fortalecer la eficiencia institucional.
