Bienvenido Santana impulsa la hermandad perremeísta rumbo a la Secretaría General del PRM-NY
NUEVA YORK.– Dirigentes, amigos, compañeros y simpatizantes del Partido Revolucionario Moderno (PRM) se dieron cita la noche de este sábado para acompañar a Bienvenido Santana Fortunato, aspirante a la Secretaría General de la Sessional Winston Arnaud en Nueva York, en un concurrido encuentro que evidenció la cohesión, el compromiso y la voluntad de trabajo colectivo de la militancia perremeísta en la diáspora.
La actividad, concebida como un espacio de unidad y fortalecimiento partidario, permitió estrechar lazos entre dirigentes y bases, propiciando un ambiente de diálogo franco, camaradería y reflexión estratégica sobre los desafíos organizativos y políticos que enfrenta la seccional en esta nueva etapa.
Bajo el título “Noche Bohemia: Merengues y Baladas”, el encuentro se celebró el 28 de febrero en el local ubicado en el 1880 de Carter Ave., en el Bronx, en el marco del fin de semana conmemorativo del 182 aniversario de la Independencia Nacional de la República Dominicana, dotado de un profundo sentido patriótico y cultural.
Entre música, mensajes de hermandad y expresiones de respaldo, los asistentes compartieron una jornada cargada de identidad quisqueyana y espíritu perremeísta, donde se puso de manifiesto la importancia de consolidar estructuras sólidas que acompañen el crecimiento del partido tanto en la República Dominicana como en el exterior.
En su intervención central, Santana Fortunato expresó palabras de sincero agradecimiento a cada uno de los presentes por darse cita y valorar el esfuerzo organizativo, destacando que el verdadero liderazgo se construye escuchando, integrando y valorando el trabajo de todos.
El aspirante subrayó que su proyecto para la Secretaría General descansa en la transparencia, la comunicación permanente y la inclusión activa de cada compañero y compañera, promoviendo una dinámica de respeto institucional y compromiso con los principios que dieron origen al PRM.
Durante el acto hicieron uso de la palabra las vicepresidentas Altagracia Soldevilla y Juanita Martínez, quienes resaltaron la importancia de mantener la cohesión interna y fortalecer la participación de la mujer en los espacios de dirección partidaria en Nueva York.
Asimismo, el actual secretario general del PRM-NY, Jhon Sánchez, junto a la secretaria de Actas, Ana Cuevas; el encargado de Relaciones Internacionales, Puro Fajardo; y la ejecutiva Tamara Cuevas, compartieron mensajes orientados a robustecer la estructura organizativa y a continuar impulsando el trabajo político en favor de la comunidad dominicana en el exterior.
Los dirigentes coincidieron en que la unidad y el respeto mutuo constituyen pilares fundamentales para seguir acompañando la gestión gubernamental del partido que administra la cosa pública y ejerce mayoría en el Senado y la Cámara de Diputados de la República Dominicana.
El encuentro se desarrolló en un ambiente de entusiasmo y participación activa, donde cada intervención fue recibida con muestras de apoyo y compromiso, reflejando el interés de la militancia en consolidar un liderazgo cercano y articulador.
Al concluir la actividad, Santana Fortunato reiteró su gratitud por la masiva asistencia y exhortó a los presentes a continuar trabajando con determinación y espíritu de equipo, convencido de que la hermandad perremeísta en Nueva York seguirá creciendo sobre la base del respeto, la organización y el servicio a la comunidad.
