Apresan italiano de 73 años por abusar sexualmente menor de 14
Agentes policiales, adscritos a la División de Delitos Sexuales, de la Dirección Central de Investigación (DICRIM), apresaron a un italiano de 73 años a quien se le acusa de drogar y abusar sexualmente de una adolescente, de 14, en un hecho ocurrido en el municipio de Boca Chica, provincia Santo Domingo.
El extranjero fue apresado mediante la orden de arresto No. 530-2022-EMES-07266, en la calle Caracol, de esa localidad.
De acuerdo al informe del caso, a principios de noviembre del 2022, la menor le expresó a su padre que el extranjero le pidió a ella que fuera a limpiar su apartamento, lugar donde éste supuestamente le ofreció un vaso con jugo y un pan.
Continúa diciendo que, tras ingerirlos, se sintió mareada y se desmayó. Al despertar, indicó que se encontraba desnuda y sangrando sobre la cama de su presunto agresor, percatándose de que fue abusada sexualmente. Agregó que el extranjero (detenido), amenazó con matar a cualquier persona que supiera sobre el hecho.
La denuncia fue interpuesta por el padre de la menor ante la Unidad Atención a Víctimas de Violencia de Género Intrafamiliar, junto a la División de Delito Sexuales de Santo Domingo Este, así como el Departamento de Investigación de Trata y Tráfico de Personas.
El detenido será puesto a disposición del Ministerio Público, para los fines legales correspondientes.
