Banco BHD convoca a Premio Mujeres que Cambian el Mundo

SANTO DOMINGO.- El Banco BHD anunció la apertura de la convocatoria para la décima primera edición del Premio Mujeres que Cambian el Mundo, dedicada a reconocer y apoyar a las dominicanas.
A través de esta iniciativa, el Banco BHD distingue a féminas que, desde la acción social, la educación, la ciencia, el arte, el emprendimiento, la salud, el medioambiente y otras áreas, realizan una labor sostenida que transforma vidas, fortalece comunidades y aporta soluciones.
Desde su creación, el programa ha distinguido a más de cien mujeres, cuyas iniciativas han impactado de manera positiva a miles de personas en distintas localidades del país.
Josefina Navarro, vicepresidenta sénior de Comunicación Corporativa y Responsabilidad Social del Banco BHD, explicó que, “… esta iniciativa nos permite visibilizar y robustecer el extraordinario aporte que realizan ellas, a través de nuestro programa de acompañamiento».
ASISTENCIA DURANTE UN AÑO
Además del homenaje público, el programa ofrece a las galardonadas un proceso de acompañamiento integral durante un año, periodo en el que reciben asesoría, formación y respaldo para mejorar el alcance y la sostenibilidad de sus proyectos.
Este proceso incluye, entre otros aspectos, educación financiera, fortalecimiento de capacidades, consolidación institucional, promoción de valores y soporte a la gestión de sus iniciativas, beneficios que también se extienden a las comunidades que impactan con su trabajo.
BASES Y FORMULARIO DE POSTULACIÓN
Las bases y el formulario de postulación del Premio están disponibles en www.mujeresquecambianelmundo.com.do y en cualquiera de las sucursales del Banco BHD a nivel nacional.
La convocatoria permanecerá abierta hasta el 29 de mayo de 2026.
El reconocimiento incluye un premio metálico de un millón de pesos dominicanos para el primer lugar, dos premios de RD$500,000 para el segundo y tercer lugar, y RD$300,000 para cada finalista.
