MADRID.- La Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC) comunicó este jueves las sanciones a los influencers Ibai Llanos, Jordi Wild y Nachter con multas que van de los 700 euros a casi los 1,800 por irregularidades en su actividad comercial en redes sociales.
Según la CNMC, organismo público español que preserva el buen funcionamiento de los mercados, estas sanciones se impusieron por no identificar claramente comunicaciones comerciales, no tomar medidas adecuadas en la protección de menores y difundir publicidad de medicamentos sin respetar los requisitos específicos.

En el caso de Ibai Llanos, la institución consideró acreditado que no señalaba el carácter de publicidad que tenía una marca de bebida que aparecía en varios videos que publicó en la red social X, vinculados al evento de boxeo ‘La Velada’ que organiza el influencer.
La multa por esta infracción fue de 710 euros, reducida a 568 euros por pago anticipado, indicó el comunicado de la CNMC.
Ibai Llanos es un influencer, empresario y creador de contenido español que se hizo muy popular por sus directos en Twitch, con los que batió récords mundiales de audiencia -tiene 19.8 millones de suscriptores-, especialmente con La Velada del Año, evento que él mismo organiza, y su organización deportiva Movistar KOI, fundada junto al exfutbolista español Gerard Piqué.

Por otro lado, el organismo analizó los contenidos difundidos en YouTube en los canales de Jordi Wild, ‘El Rincón de Giorgio’ y ‘dwt_fighting’, relacionados al evento ‘Dogfight Wild Tournament’.
En este sentido, consideró que «determinados contenidos de combates de contacto extremo debían haber contado con una calificación y advertencias adecuadas».
También, cree que se tendrían que haber activado los mecanismos disponibles en la plataforma para restringir el acceso de menores. Esta falta de calificación, según el organismo supervisor, puede limitar la eficacia de los sistemas de control parental.
Jordi Wild fue amonestado con una de multa de 1,543 euros, reducida a 1,241 euros por pago anticipado.
Wild tiene más de 12 millones de suscriptores en su canal de YouTube ´El Rincón de Giorgio´ y 7 en su otro canal, llamado ´The Wild Project´ y que utiliza para retransmitir su pódcast, por donde han pasado el escritor Artuzo Pérez-Reverte o el también ´influencer´ El Rubius, entre otros personajes públicos.

En el expediente relativo a Nachter, la CNMC consideró acreditada la difusión de comunicaciones comerciales relacionadas con medicamentos «antigripales» en sus cuentas de Instagram y Facebook, sin respetar los requisitos previstos para la publicidad de fármacos.
La CNMC recordó que este tipo de comunicaciones comerciales están sometidas a reglas específicas y deben marcar su carácter publicitario claramente para que se identifique el producto y se incluya información esencial para un uso correcto, entre otros requisitos.
La multa fue de 1,779 euros, pero se redujo a 1,067 tras el reconocimiento de responsabilidad y pago anticipado.
Natcher es un creador de contenido con 11.8 millones de seguidores en TikTok y 5.4 en Instagram que fue galardonado con el premio ´Creadores´ este año por su contenido, basado en ´scketches´ cómicos y creativos sobre escenas de la vida cotidiana principalmente.
En junio, la CNMC también hizo requerimientos a cinco influencers (Sofía Suescun, Tamara Gorro, Peldanyos, Samy Spain y Lola Lolita) por no identificar de forma correcta contenidos publicitarios difundidos en redes sociales.
