Superintendencia de Seguros orienta a familiares de víctimas
SANTO DOMINGO.– La Superintendencia de Seguros reiteró su solidaridad y profundo pesar con las familias afectadas por la reciente tragedia ocurrida en la discoteca Jet Set, y reafirmó su firme compromiso con toda la ciudadanía en la protección de los derechos de asegurados y beneficiarios en estos momentos de dolor.
En este sentido, la entidad manifestó su plena disposición de orientar y asistir a las familias de las víctimas y heridos en los procesos relativos a coberturas de seguros.
Para ello, comunica que está a disposición el Departamento de Atención al Usuario, donde las personas podrán recibir asesoría personalizada y profesional.
Informó que para informaciones sobre coberturas específicas se requiere la presentación de documentos como actas de defunción o informes médicos, dependiendo del caso, de acuerdo con lo que establece la ley y el marco normativo vigente.
Para recibir orientaciones pueden acudir al Departamento de Atención al Usuario en las oficinas de la Superintendencia de Seguros en la avenida México esquina Félix María del Monte en Gazcue, enviar un correo electrónico a usuarioseguro@superseguros.gob.do o llamar en horario de oficina a los teléfonos (809) 221-2606 ext. 401 o 402, (809) 685-3555 y (809) 221-2792.
