Andreína Martínez, segunda finalista de Miss Universo.
NUEVA ORLEANS.- Andreina Martínez, la beldad que representó a República Dominicana en la edición 71 de Miss Universo, luego de resultar como segunda finalista, expresó sus agradecimientos a su pueblo por el apoyo y por hacerla sentir “respaldada”.
En un video publicado en la cuenta de Instagram del comunicador Bray Vargas, se visualiza a la modelo dominicana caminando de la mano de Magali Febles, la organizadora del certamen en el país, mientras caminan por un pasillo.
El comunicador le expresa lo orgulloso que se siente él y el país por el logro de la dominicana, a lo que responde: “Qué felicidad poder llevar a Republica Dominicana en mi pecho”.
“Los quiero mucho, agradezco todo su apoyo. Me han hecho sentir respaldada…”
Tras agradecer por el cariño, dedicó tiempo a fotografiarse y firmar autógrafos a las personas que se encontraban esperándola después del certamen realizado en Nuevo Orleans el pasado sábado.
Corona de Miss Universo
La última y única corona que recibió el país fue en 2003 tres cuando Amelia Vega resultó electa en el mismo concurso.
Asimismo, Republica Dominicana no había logrado obtener el segundo lugar desde el 2008, cuando resultó electa Marianne Cruz en este certamen.
